天麻素注射液联合常规治疗突发性耳聋的临床研究

摘要
目的 观察天麻素注射液联合常规治疗突发性耳聋患者的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析 2022 年 1 月～12 月住院收治的 117 例突发性耳聋患者的资料,根据治疗情况分为对照组(51 例)和观察组(66 例).对照组患者参照我国 2015 年《突发性聋诊断和治疗指南》进行治疗;观察组同时联合应用天麻素注射液静滴治疗.比较两组患者入院时和治疗 10 d后的听力、眩晕及耳鸣评分的改善情况.结果 两组患者年龄、性别、患耳侧别等资料比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);两组患者治疗后听力均有改善,但观察组听力提高幅度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.698,P＜0.05);对照组和观察组的总有效率分别为 72.5%和 89.4%,差异具有统计学意义(x2=5.543,P=0.019);两组患者治疗后视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分均有改善,但观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.820,P＜0.05);两组患者治疗后耳鸣评价量表(TEQ)评分均有改善,但观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.238,P＜0.05).结论 天麻素注射液可以提高突发性耳聋患者的听力,临床疗效确切,并可改善眩晕、耳鸣等伴随症状.
Abstract
Objective Observation of the clinical efficacy of gastrodin injection combined with routine treatment in patients with sudden hearing loss.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 117 sudden hearing loss patients admitted to a hospital from January 2022 to December 2022.They were divided into the control group(51 cases)and the observation group(66 cases)based on their therapeutic method.The control group received routine treatment in accordance with the 2015 China Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Sudden Deafness;the observation group received intravenous drip of gastrodin injection on the basis of the control group.When the patients were admitted to hospital and treated after 10 days,the improvement of hearing,dizziness,and tinnitus scores were compared between the two groups.Results There was no sta-tistically difference in age,gender,and ear profile between the two groups(P>0.05).Both groups of patients showed improvement in hearing after treatment,and compared with the control group,the observation group had a better improvement,and there was statistical difference(t=4.698,P<0.05).The total effective rates of the control group and the observation group were respectively 72.5％and 89.4％,with a statistically significant difference(x2=5.543,P=0.019).The VAS scores of both groups were improved after treatment,and the observation group showed a better outcome in VAS scores,there was statistically significant difference(t=3.820,P<0.05).Both groups showed an improvement in TEQ scores after treatment also,but the observation group was more effective,there was statistical difference(t=7.238,P<0.05).Conclusion Gastrodin injection can improve the hearing of the sudden hearing loss patients,the clinical effect is exact,and can relieve the accompanying symptoms such as vertigo and tinnitus.
