Analyzing the medication rules of stroke(middle meridians)based on data mining
Objective Analyse the medication rules of apoplexy(middle meridian)based on data mining.Methods Stroke(middle meridians)related compounds were extracted from CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and Chinese biomedical literature database,and their drug use frequency,association rules and cluster analysis were analyzed by Excel and traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance computing platform(V3.0),and stuied the medication rules.Results A total of 108 prescriptions and 167 traditional Chinese medicines were included,and the high-frequency drugs were Chuanxiong,Atractylodes macrocephala rhizoma,Angelica sinensis,Astragalus membranaceus and earthworm,etc.The main efficacy types of traditional Chinese medicine were tonifying deficiency,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and liver calming and wind calming.The main four properties,five tastes and channel of the 167 traditional Chinese medicines were warm,sweet and spleen meridian.The hierarchical cluster analysis copolymerized 7 categories,C1:raw licorice,Chuanxiong,Angelica sinensis,Atractylodes macrocephala rhizoma,Poria cocos;C2:scorpion,earthworm,silkworm;C3:raw Astragalus,Codonopsis pilosula,safflower,peach kernel,raw rehmannia,red peony root;C4:Spatholobus suberectus,Corydalis rhizoma,Heracleum;C5:Wolfberry,ophiopogon;C6:jujube kernel,Alismatis Rhizoma,Pueraria edulis,Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium;C7:Radix pseudostellariae,cooked Rehmannia,honey-processed Astragalus,Magnolia officinalis.The results of association analysis showed that Chuanxiong-safflower,Chuanxiong-Angelica sinensis and Atractylodes macrocephala rhizoma were the core associated drugs.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicines for the treatment of stroke(middle meridian)are used to supplement deficiency and strengthen its root,to promote blood circulation and remove stasis to treat its symptoms,and to calm liver and wind to slow its emergency.
