Clinical effect of Qingfei Huatan Decoction combined with acupuncture in patients with stroke and lung infection
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Qingfei Huatan Decoction combined with acupuncture in patients with stroke and lung in-fection.Methods From June 2021 to June 2023,100 patients with stroke complicated with lung infection admitted to a hospital were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group underwent conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group underwent Qingfei Huatan Decoction combined with acupuncture.The blood gas indexes,blood routine,inflammatory factor levels and nerve injury function scores of the two groups were compared to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate in the observation group was 94.00%,and the control group was 80.00%,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the arterial partial pressure of oxygen,arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure and acid-base balance in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the proportion of neutrophils and white blood cell counts in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,CRP and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the neurological injury function score of patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Qingfei Huatan Decoction combined with acupuncture can significantly improve blood gas indexes,blood routine and neurological injury function in patients with stroke and lung infection,reduce the body's inflammatory response,and then improve the treatment effect.
