Research on implementation status and improvement strategy of"Internet+Pharmacy"
Objective To sort out the implementation ways,effects and existing problems of"Internet+pharmacy"in China,provide a basis for the implementation and improvement of"Internet+pharmacy",and promote the sustainable and healthy development of"Internet+pharmacy".Methods Search CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases,formulate inclusion and exclusion criteria to screen literatures,and then conduct text analysis.Results A total of 52 Chinese literatures were included.Jiangsu,Wuhan,Chengdu,Guangzhou and other places have carried out the"Internet+pharmacy"practice,serving patients with chronic diseases such as COPD,type 2 diabetes,cancer pain,hypertension,and asthma.The service content is mainly to establish an integrated pharmaceutical care platform to realize online patient review and prescription,provide medication consultation and guidance,follow-up follow-up and retrospective feedback through mobile APP,wechat public account or wechat group."Internet+pharmacy"has effectively alleviated the shortage of pharmacist resources,improved the medication compliance,and promoted the construction of a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,but there are also problems such as imperfect pharmaceutical care system and mechanism,and low acceptance of patients.Conclusion While the current implementation of"Internet+pharmacy"in China has achieved results,it is also necessary to promote the sustainable and healthy development of"Internet+pharmacy"through measures such as improving system construction and enhancing public awareness on this basis.
