Orthogonal optimization of the extraction process of leprosy
Objective To optimize the extraction process and drying process of leprosy.Methods L9(34)orthogonal design test was used to investigate the amount of water added,extraction time and extraction times,and optimize the water extraction process.The density of leprosy extract was investigated with the index of caking strength,cohesion index and powder fluidity index,and the optimal drying process was selected.Results The optimal extraction process was 14 times water,heating reflux 3 times,each for 1 h;The optimum spray-drying process was an extract density of 1.08.Conclusion The preferred extraction process is simple and stable with high extraction efficiency.
