Drug analysis of liraglutide injection in a hospital from 2020 to 2023
Objective To investigate and analyze the medical advice of liraglutide injection in a hospital,and explore its safety and rationality,aiming to improve the reasonable use of this drug in the hospital.Methods 1 099 inpatient cases using liraglutide injection were extracted from the rational drug use software system,and their drug use was statistically analyzed in combination with the electronic case system.Results Most of the patients who used liraglutide injection are aged 60 to 79 years old,mainly concentrated in people with obesity,high-risk factors of cardiovascular disease,atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease and so on.The departments that used it most are endocrinology department and cardiology department.The pass rate of inpatient medical orders is 77.07%,and the incidence of adverse reactions is 4.19%.Conclusion There are still many problems in the use of liraglutide injection in this hospital,and its safety and effectiveness need to be comprehensively evaluated to ensure the rationality and economy of patients'medication.
