A case report of anaphylactic shock caused by Polyene phosphatidyl choline
Objective To analyze the characteristics and treatment process of a case of anaphylactic shock with polyene phosphatidyl choline and provide rational references for clinical prescriptions. Methods The case of an 91-year-old patient with cholecystolithiasis with acute cholecystitis was analyzed, and the cause of anaphylactic shock was investigated. Results The patient developed symptoms of anaphylactic shock after receiving polyene phosphatidylcholine injection.Considering the adverse reactions caused by polyene phosphatidylcholine injection, the symptoms improved after treatment. Conclusion Polyene phosphatidylcholine injection has the risk of causing anaphylactic shock, and should be closely monitored during and within 1 hour after administration.Once allergy occurs, the possibility of the drug should be considered and the drug should be stopped in time.
