Study on pharmacological mechanism of Shenmai Tongmai Decoction in treating spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type hypotension
Objective To explore the pharmacological mechanism of Shenmai Tongmai Decoction in treating spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type hypotension.Methods A total of 60 patients with spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type hypotension admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2022 to May 2023 were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in each group according to random number table method.The control group received basic treatment with midodrine hydrochloride tablet,on the basic of control group,the study group combined with Shenmai Tongmai Decoction treatment.Blood pressure changes,hemodynamic changes,cardiac function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,which was higher than that of the control group by 73.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,both systolic and diastolic blood pressure were increased in the two groups,and the systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Cardiac output(CO),cardiac index(CI)and ejection fraction(EF)were increased in the treatment group compared with those before treatment,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).After treatment,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDd)decreased and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)increased in both groups.LVEDd in treatment group was lower than that in control group,and LVEF in treatment group was higher than that in control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Con-clusion Shenmai Tongmai Decoction can improve myocardial ischemia by increasing coronary artery flow,and can enhance myocardial contractile force,reduce myocardial oxygen consumption,increase cardiac output,heart index and ejection fraction,and improve cardiac function,so as to achieve the purpose of treating spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type hypotension and the effect is significant.
