Observation on the effect of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction on diabetic peripheral neuropathy
Objective To explore the effect of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods 210 diabetic peripheral neuropathy cases were selected and divided into two groups.The control group(n=60)was treated with conventional drug mecobala-mine,and the study group(n=150)was treated with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction.Evaluate the efficacy of the two groups,TCM syndrome score,blood glucose level,adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,FPG,2 hPG and HbA1c of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction can reduce the symptoms of diabetic peripheral neuropathy and blood sugar,and has high safety.
