摘要
三黄膏在我国历史悠久且流传广泛,经过多年不断发展,该制剂作为医院制剂有着广泛的临床应用.三黄膏通常包含大黄、黄连和黄芩三味中药材,具有清热解毒、消肿散结的功效,能够有效治疗感染、炎症以及肿胀等疾病,不同地区其组方有所区别.本文综述了三黄膏的组成药材药理机制和临床使用实例,以供医药工作者参考和借鉴.
Abstract
Sanhuang Ointment has a long history in China and has been widely spread.After years of continuous development,it has been widely used in clinic as a hospital preparation.Sanhuang Ointment usually contains rhubarb,coptis chinensis and scutellaria baicalensis,which has the effect of clearing heat and detoxifying,reducing swelling and dispersing,and can effectively treat diseases such as infection,inflammation and swelling.The formula is different in different regions.In this paper,the pharmacological mechanism and clinical application of Sanhuang Ointment were reviewed for reference by medical workers.
