Clinical study of the effect and adverse reaction of esketamine and dezocine for postoperative analgesia
Objective To compare the efficacy of esketamine and dezocine in postoperative analgesia. Methods The medical records of patients with postoperative controlled intravenous analgesia admitted to Yueyang Central Hospital from September 2023 to December 2023 were retrospec-tively analyzed, and the formula was as follows:125 patients who received sufentanil+dezocine injection+metoclopramide for analgesia were assigned to the dezocine group, and 89 patients who received sufentanil+esketamine injection+metoclopramide for analgesia were assigned to the esketamine group. The effective PCIA number, total PCIA number,24 h resting pain score,24 h activity pain score, sedation effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in 24 h analgesic resting pain score,24 h activity pain score, and sedation score between two groups(P>0.05).The number of effective PCIA in esketamine group was(4.08±3.497)times,which was lower than(5.18±4.576)times in dezocine group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The total number of PCIA in esketa-mine group was(4.93±4.374),which was lower than(6.06±5.597)in dezocine group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Both esketamine and dezocine injection have obvious analgesic and sedative effects with similar adverse reaction, but the number of PCIA for analgesia with esketamine is relatively less.
