Analysis of medication rule of Professor Li Qing treating vertigo disease based on data mining
Objective To explore the medication rule of Professor Li Qing in the treatment of vertigo.Methods A total of 305 vertigo medical cases treated by Professor Li Qing in the geriatrics Department of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Kunming Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine)from January 2020 to April 2023 were collected.Establish a database based on the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform,analyze frequency,syndrome elements,etc;Use association rules,cluster analysis,and other methods to mine data on its medication patterns.Results A total of 264 traditional Chinese medicines were involved and the frequency of use was 3 881 times,among which the core medicines included stir-fried atractylodes atractylodes,acorus calamus,poria cocos,cassia twig,bupleurum,codonopsis codonopsis and alisma purma.The drug properties used are mainly warm;the medicinal taste is mainly sweet,xin and bitter.the main channels are lung,spleen and stomach.The commonly used drugs were classified into 10 combinations by cluster analysis.Conclusion In the treatment of vertigo,Professor Li Qing mainly regulates liver,spleen and lung,especially spleen.Medication around the deficiency,dampness,phlegm,depression and other basic pathogenesis,specimen consideration,aimed at regulating the zang-fu activities of qi,restore the normal physiological function of the body.Activities of qi rise and fall orderly,water and liquid metabolism is normal,vertigo to calm.
