Objective A reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography method was established for the simultaneous determination of paeonol,coxylanolide and dehydrocoxylanolide in Qingre Quyu Liquids.Methods CAPCELL PAK C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)were selected,mobile phase was methanol-water(70:30),flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,detection wavelength:215 nm,column temperature was 30℃,and sample intake was 10 μl.Results Paeonol,coxylanolide and dehydrocoxylanolide showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.754 1～60.329 1μg/ml(r=0.999 6),1.156 3～92.507 4 μg/ml(r=0.999 9),1.381 8～110.544 5 μg/ml(r=0.999 8),the decection limit for the three substances was 0.01～0.04μg/ml,LOQ was 0.03～0.13μg/ml;the average recovery rate of the three substances were 97.0％～103.5％,the RSD were 1.3％～1.8％(n=6).Conclusion This method is easy to operate,with good repeatability and high accuracy,can be used for the content determination and quality control of Qingre Quyu Liquids.
