Comparison of the efficacy of transcutaneous estradiol gel and estradiol tablets/estradiol dydrogesterone tablets oral therapy in the treatment of severe intrauterine adhesions after separation
Objective To analyze the efficacy of transcutaneous estradiol gel and estradiol tablets/estradiol dydrogesterone tablets oral treatment in the treatment of severe intrauterine adhesions after separation. Methods A total of 118 eligible patients with severe intrauterine adhesions after separation in a hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number method, the control group(59 cases)was treated with transcutaneous estradiol gel,and the study group(59 cases)was treated with estradiol tablets/estradiol dydrogesterone tablets. The clinical efficacy, ultrasound index, menstrual improvement, classification score and adverse reactions of the two groups were evaluated. Results The total response rate of the study group was higher than the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the endometrial thickness and menstrual volume in the study group were higher than those in the control group after treatment, while the scores of RI,PI,adhesion range, adhesion type and menstrual pattern were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with transcutaneous estradiol gel,the efficacy of oral estradiol tablets/estradiol dydrogesterone tablets in the treatment of severe intrauterine adhesions after separation is better, which can improve menstrual volume, endometrial thickness and adhesion degree, regulate RI and PI,and reduce complications.
