Analysis of anesthetic effect of single slow intravenous injection of dexmedetomidine 15 min before operation in gynecological laparoscopic surgery
Objective To investigate the anesthetic effect of single slow intravenous injection of dexmedetomidine 15 min before operation in gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 60 gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients enrolled in a hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(continuous intravenous injection program,30 cases)and the observation group(single slow intravenous injection program,30 cases)according to random number method.Anesthesia recovery indexes, vital signs and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the time of anesthesia recovery index was shorter and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the observation group, with statistical significances(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,HR and MAP in the observation group were lower 40 min after pneumoperitoneum, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The single slow intravenous injection of dexmedetomidine 15 min before operation has a good anesthetic effect in gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients, which can maintain the stable vital signs of patients, shorten the time of extubation, promote the recovery of patients, and reduce anesthesiation-related adverse reactions, with high safety.
