Observation of the effect of linezolid combined with immunoglobulin in the treatment of neonatal septicemia
Objective To analyze the effect of linezolid combined with immunoglobulin in the treatment of neonatal septicemia. Methods 92 cases of neonatal septicemia from Liangxiang Hospital of Fangshan District of Beijing from August 2020 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into two groups. The control group(46 cases)was treated with linezolid, the study group(46 cases)was treated with linezolid combined with immunoglobulin. The clinical efficacy, levels of inflammatory factors, immune function and improvement of symptoms and signs were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of IL-6,IL-8,hs-CRP and TNF-α in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment, there were no significant difference in IgM,IgA and IgG between two groups. After treatment,no significant difference in IgM between two groups(P>0.05).IgA and IgG in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of symptoms in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Linezolid combined with immunoglobulin is effective in the treatment of neonatal septicemia, which can accelerate the recovery of children condition, improve the immune function and improve the level of inflammatory factors in children.
