The effect of magnetic resonance-guided thermal combined with suspended core stabilization training for lumbar function of patients with non-specific low back pain
Objective To explore the effect of magnetic resonance-guided thermal combined with suspended core stabilization training on lumbar function in patients with non-specific low back pain. Methods 70 patients with non-specific low back pain included from May 2022 to February 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=35)and study group(n=35)according to random number method.Patients in the control group were treated with suspended core stabilization training, and patients in the study group were treated with magnetic resonance-guided thermal combined with suspended core stabilization training. The pain levels, lumbar function, anxiety and depression were assessed in both groups. Results There was no significant difference in visual analogue pain scale(VAS)scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the VAS scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group at the end of treatment and 6 months after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Rowland-Morris Disability Questionnaire(RMDQ)and Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).RMDQ and ODI scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group at the end of treatment and 6 months after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were lower than those in the control group at the end of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Magnetic resonance-guided thermal combined with suspended core stabilization training is effective in the treatment of patients with non-specific low back pain, which can effectively reduce the degree of lower back pain, improve the function of the patients'lower back, and reduce the degree of anxiety and depression.
