Existing problems and optimization strategies of the administration route module in the implementation of prescription pre-review in a hospital
Objective To analyze the existing problems of the administration route module in the implementation of prescription pre-review in a hospital,to construct audit model of administration route based on evidence-based evidence,and to promote rational clinical use of medications.Methods All the inappropriate issues of administration route in the outpatient and inpatient prescription review systems from April to September 2022 were collected and retrospectively analyzed.Personalized audit rules for route of administration were constructed based on evidence-based evidence combined with clinical needs.Results From April to September 2022,there were 3 584 cases of inappropriate routes of administration in a hospital,mainly focusing on intravenous injection(17%),intravenous drip(11%),topical use(8%),and local injection(8%).The optimized audit mechanism of route of administration not only meet the clinical needs,but also ensured the rational clinical use of medication.Conclusion The personalized audit rules were constructed based on evidence-based evidence combined with clinical needs,which improve the efficiency of prescription review and clinical acceptance of the audit system,and ensure the safety of patients'medication use.
