Effect of pentoxifylline combined with ethinylestradiol cyproterone tablets on hemorheology in patients with endometriosis after operation
Objective To investigate the effect of pentoxifylline combined with ethinylestradiol cyproterone tablets on the hemorheology of endometriosis(EMT)postoperative patients.Methods 120 patients with EMT admitted to a hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the objects and randomly divided into two groups.The control group(60 cases)was treated with ethoestradiol cyproterone tablets after laparoscopic conservative surgery,and the study group(60 cases)was treated with pentoxifylline on the basis of the control group.The hemorheology indexes,anti-endometrial antibody(EMAb),Th1/Th2 drift indexes,vascular endothelial function indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the plasma viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index and fibrinogen in the two groups were decreased when compared with those in the same group before treatment,and the levels of plasma viscosity[(1.57±0.16)mPa·s],erythrocyte aggregation index(3.24±0.37)and fibrinogen[(3.91±0.79)g/L]of the study group were lower than those of the control group[(1.73±0.20)mPa·s,(3.50±0.41),(4.37±0.87)g/L](P＜0.05).After treatment,the negative conversion rate of EMAb in the study group(51.11%)was higher than that in the control group(27.91%)(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-2(IL-2)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)in the two groups increased,and the levels of interleukin-4(IL-4)and interleukin-10(IL-10)decreased.The levels of IFN-γ[(349.55±57.54)ng/ml]and IL-2[(5.92±1.86)ng/ml]in the study group were higher than those in the control group[(323.31±54.29)ng/ml,(4.97±1.77)ng/ml],the levels of IL-4[(8.30±1.43)ng/ml]and IL-10[(3.04±0.45)ng/ml]were lower than those in the control group[(8.99±1.36)ng/ml,(3.29±0.51)ng/ml](P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of ICAM-1[(295.58±53.60)ng/L]and VEGF[(68.98±10.32)ng/L]in the study group were lower than those in the control group[(326.29±49.73)ng/L,(74.91±11.05)ng/L](P＜0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Pentoxifylline combined with ethinylestradiol cyproterone tablets can regulate the vascular endothelial function indexes of patients with EMT,increase the negative conversion rate of EMAb,improve hemorheology indexes,and regulate the Th1/Th2 drift indexes,and with high safety.
