七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子眼用凝胶治疗青光眼患者药源性干眼症的临床观察

摘要
目的 探究七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子眼用凝胶治疗青光眼患者药源性干眼症的临床疗效.方法 按照随机数字表法将 2020 年 10 月～2023 年 11 月期间收治并确诊的青光眼药源性干眼症患者 60 例分为对照组(重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子眼用凝胶,n=30)和研究组(重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子眼用凝胶+七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液,n=30).评估两组治疗效果、泪液动力学水平、生活质量.结果 研究组总有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(73.33%)(P＜0.05);治疗 4 周后,研究组泪液动力学、生活质量各指标水平均优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子眼用凝胶治疗青光眼患者药源性干眼症可有效缓解症状,改善泪液动力学水平,提高生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of aesculin digitalis eye drops combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye gel in the treatment of drug-induced dry eye in patients with glaucoma.Methods According to random number table method,60 patients with drug-induced dry eye with glaucoma admitted and diagnosed in a hospital from October 2020 to November 2023 were divided into the control group(recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye gel,n=30)and the study group(recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye gel+aesculin digitalis eye drops,n=30).To evaluate the difference of treatment effect,tear dynamics level,quality of life between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(73.33%)(P＜0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the indexes of tear dynamics and quality of life in the study group were better than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Aesculin digitalis eye drops combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye gel can effectively relieve the symptoms in the treatment of drug-induced dry eye in patients with glaucoma,improve the level of tear dynamics and improve the quality of life.
