Therapeutic effect analysis of great saphenous vein high ligation and exfoliation combined with diossmin in the treatment of lower extremity varicose veins
Objective To analyze the efficacy of great saphenous vein high ligation and exfoliation combined with diossmin in the treatment of lower extremity varicose veins.Methods 140 patients with lower extremity varicose veins in a hospital from 2022 to 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,the control group(70 cases)was treated with great saphenous vein high ligation and exfoliation,and the study group(70 cases)was treated with great saphenous vein high ligation and exfoliation combined with diossmin.The routine blood test,C-reactive protein(CRP),coagulation function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results There were no significant difference in white blood cell count(WBC),neutrophil proportion and CRP level between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,WBC,neutrophil proportion and CRP level in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in PT,D-D,FIB and APTT levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,PT and APTT levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and D-D and FIB levels were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Great saphenous vein high ligation and exfoliation combined with diossmin is effective in the treatment of lower extremity varicose veins,which can improve the coagulation function of patients,reduce the level of inflammatory factors in patients,and with high safety.
