Study on the mechanism of Wendan Decoction in treating chronic gastritis based on network pharmacology
Objective To investigate the molecular mechanism of Wendan Decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis(CG)by network pharmacology.Methods The compounds of Wendan Decoction were screened by TCMSP database,and the regulatory targets related to Wendan Decoction were predicted.The relevant targets of CG were collected by OMIM and GeneCards database,and the intersection of Wendan Decoction for CG was obtained.The STRING database was used to analyze the interaction of the target of CG treatment,and the DAVID database was used to analyze the relevant signaling pathways and functions of the target.Results The compounds of 124 Wendan Decoction were screened and the target of CG treatment was used to obtain 44 Wendan Decoction to treat CG targets.It mainly involves protein heterodimerization activity,integrin binding,nuclear hormone receptor binding,kinase regulatory activity,hormone receptor binding,peroxidase activity and other biological processes,possibly through the AGE-RAGE signaling pathway in diabetic complications.TNF signaling pathway,apoptosis,endocrine antagonism and other functions play a role in the treatment of CG.Conclusion The active components of Wendan Decoction play a role in the treatment of chronic gastritis through multiple targets and pathways.The results of this study provide a reference for further study of the pharmacological effect of Wendan Decoction.
