摘要

目的 筛选防治新型冠状病毒感染(COVID-19)的岭南特色中草药.方法 通过荧光素酶发光检测技术,采用假病毒中和药效实验方法,对 15 种岭南地区特有中草药进行筛选并评估.结果 草药降真香展示出较为明显的中和病毒作用,其抑制率为(83.6±4.0)%,草药山大颜与布渣叶有轻度的中和病毒作用,抑制率分别为(46.1±3.2)%、(58.7±5.9)%,其他草药则未表现出明显的中和病毒作用.结论 岭南特色道地中药材在COVID-19 的临床防治中具有潜在的应用价值,本研究结果为进一步的药物筛选和临床用药提供参考依据.

Abstract

Objective To screen Lingnan characteristic Chinese herbal medicine for prevention and treatment of novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19).Methods Using luciferase luminescence detection technology and the pseudo virus neutralization efficacy experiment method,15 unique Chinese herbal medicines from Lingnan region were screened and evaluated.Results Through the pseudovirus neutralization experiment,the herb Hypodermic fragrance displayed a pronounced viral neutralizing effect,inhibition rate(83.6%±4.0%),while the herbs Folium Psychotriae Rubrae and Microctis Folium showed a mild neutralizing effect,inhibition rate:(46.1%±3.2%)and(58.7%±5.9%),and the others did not exhibit obvious viral neutralization effect.Conclusion Lingnan characteristic authentic Chinese medicinal materials have potential application value in the clinical prevention and treatment of COVID-19.The results of this study provide reference for further drug screening and clinical medication.
