Evaluation of perioperative antithrombotic drug management in chronic disease patients based on routing management
Objective To evaluate the effect of pharmacists based on routing management on perioperative antithrombotic drug management in chronic patients. Methods A total of 160 patients with chronic diseases admitted to Yunfu People's Hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group with 80 cases in each group.Routine management of perioperative antithrombotic drugs was implemented in the control group, and the observation group was given routing management by pharmacists on the basis of the control group. The incidence of deep vein thrombosis(DVT),incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, hospitalization time, hospitalization cost and medication compliance were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of DVT and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time and hospitalization cost in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The medication compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In perioperative management of antithrombotic drugs in patients with chronic diseases, the implementation of pharmacists'routing management can reduce the incidence of DVT,shortening the length of stay and reducing hospitalization costs, and improve the medication compliance of patients.
