Effect of parents'guidance on articulation correction combined with auditory recognition function training on auditory recognition function of children with functional articulation disorder
Objective To explore the influence of parents'articulation correction guidance combined with auditory recognition function training on children with functional articulation disorder. Methods From January 2019 to January 2023,80 children with functional articulation disorder admitted to Fuzhou Children's Hospital of Fujian Province were selected and divided into the control group(40 cases)and the observation group(40 cases)by digital parity method. The control group received routine guidance and auditory recognition function training, while the observation group received parental guidance on articulation correction and auditory recognition function training, and the effect was observed for 12 weeks. The oral motor function, articulation clarity, speech recognition threshold and speech recognition rate were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated and compared. Results After treatment, the tongue, lip, jaw and overall motor function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),the articulation clarity was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the speech recognition threshold was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the speech recognition rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine instruction, parents'guidance on articulation correction combined with auditory recognition function training treatment of children with functional articulation disorder can improve children's oral motor function, improve articulation clarity, improve speech recognition threshold and speech recognition rate, improve the clinical efficacy and improve the patients'quality of life.
