To explore the mechanism of Tianma-Danshen drug pair in the treatment of coronary heart disease based on network pharmacology
Objective To analyze the effectiveness and feasibility of Tianma-Danshen drug pair in the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)by network pharmacology.Methods The active ingredients and corresponding target genes of Tianma and Danshen,as well as the pathogenic target genes of coronary heart disease,were screened from the database.Used Cytoscape 3.9.1 to create a drug-active ingredient-target gene-disease network diagram.The collected common target genes were imported into the STRING database and a protein-protein interaction diagram was created.The DAVID database was used to analyze the GO and KEGG enrichment analysis of common target genes.Results 27 active components of Tianma and 74 corresponding target genes,145 active components of Danshen and 303 corresponding target genes,9 042 CHD target genes,257 common target genes were screened.GO enrichment analysis obtained 1 335 related molecular functions,biological processes,and cellular components;KEGG enrichment analysis showed related 181 signaling pathways.Conclusion The pharmacological effects of Tianma-Danshen drug pair against CHD are characterized by multi-component,multi-target and multi-pathway.Among them,anti-cancer,anti-lipid and atherosclerosis,anti-inflammatory and other signaling pathways are the potential mechanisms for the treatment of CHD,providing a theoretical basis for Tianma-Danshen drug pair against CHD.
