Analysis of drug quality data and countermeasures in cancer hospitals through DingTalk mini-program
Objective To strengthen the quality management of drugs in cancer hospitals,improve the efficiency of drug quality management in drug warehouses,and ensure the safety of patient medication.Methods Export the hospital's 2023 drug quality information feedback form through the drug quality information management platform of DingTalk mini-program,and summarized and analyzed it according to drug types,manufacturer nature,dosage forms,types of drugs with the most quality problems,and departments.Results The types of drugs with the most quality problems were digestive system drugs,nutritional drugs,and drugs that regulate water,electrolytes and acid-base balance.Domestic drugs had more quality problems than imported drugs.The top three dosage forms with the most quality problems were injection,squirt and powder needle.The top three types with the most quality problems were breakage,leakage and discoloration.The top three departments with quality problems were the department of pharmacy,the department of radiotherapy and the center of biological therapy.Conclusion The application of DingTalk mini-program to analyze drug quality data in cancer hospitals has effectively improve the hospital's management level of the hospital.In the future,a complete drug quality management system needs to be established in the drug warehouse to ensure drug quality and safety,and to guarantee the therapeutic effect of cancer patients.
