Effect of fosinopril combined with rosuvastatin calcium on urinary protein and renal function in patients with early type 2 diabetic nephropathy
Objective To investigate the effects of fosinopril combined with rosuvastatin calcium on urinary protein and renal function in patients with early type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Methods A total of 100 patients with early type 2 diabetic nephropathy treated from April 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into 2 groups with 50 cases each according to random number method. The control group was treated with fosinopriline tablets. The observation group was given fosinopril combined with rosuvastatin calcium tablets. The blood glucose and lipid levels, renal function and urinary protein levels of the two groups were compared to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results The clinical effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, compared with before treatment, the levels of LDL-C,HbA1c,TC,2hPG,TG and FPG in the observation group and the control group were decreased(P<0.05),and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,24 h proteinuria,Scr,Ccr and UAER levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fosinopril combined with rosuvastatin calcium can improve urinary protein and renal function, regulate blood glucose and lipid levels in patients with early type 2 diabetic nephropathy, and improve the therapeutic effect.
