Effect of terazosin combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets on blood pressure levels in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage
Objective To study the effect of trazosin combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets on blood pressure levels in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 102 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated in the Second People's Hospital of Zhaoqing City from January 2019 to December 2023.In the control group,50 cases received conventional treatment combined with amlodipine phenylate theatment;in the study group,52 patients were treated with terazosin combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets.Condition of the two groups were compared after treatment combined with omlodipine phenylate theatment. Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared to before treatment,,the levels of daytime systolic blood pressure(dSBP),daytime diastolic blood pressure(dDBP),nighttime systolic blood pressure(nSBP)and nighttime diastolic blood pressure(nDBP)in the study group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05);The incidence of recurrent intracerebral hemorrhage in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant abnormal changes in blood glucose, liver and kidney function indexes in the two groups after treatment. And the safety of the two groups was comparable. Conclusion Terazosin combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets can stabilize the blood pressure levels of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, reduce the risk of recurrent intracerebral hemorrhage, and ensure the safety of patient medication.
