Prescription analysis of traditional Chinese medicine granules for the treatment of seborrheic alopecia
Objective Exploring the prescription medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine granules for treating seborrheic alopecia.Methods 78 patients with seborrheic alopecia admitted to The Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from March 2023 to August 2023 were selected,analyze the medication composition rules of traditional Chinese medicine granules treatment.Results The top 10 most frequently used drugs were tonifying vacuity,regulating water and removing dampness,clearing heat,tranquilizing drugs,dispelling dampness drugs,astringent drugs,regulating qi drugs,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs,relieving surface drugs and hemostasis drugs.The top 10 drug use frequency were licorice,poria cocos,atractylodes,coix seeds,yam,radix pseudostellariae,salta cuscuta,peach,orange peel and indian bread with pine.The drug properties were mainly cold and warm,followed by flat and cool.The taste of medicine was mainly sweet and bitter,followed by pungent,light,sour,astringent and salty.Spleen channel,lung channel and stomach channel were the main channels,followed by kidney channel,heart channel,gallbladder channel,large intestine channel,bladder channel,small intestine channel,Sanjiao channel and pericardial channel.Obtained 30 pairs of drugs,high-frequency drug pairs for"Licorice-Poria cocos","coix seed-atractylodes".Conclusion In the treatment of seborrheic alopecia,traditional Chinese medicine granules are mainly deficiency tonic medicine,licorice,poria cocos,atracty-lodes,coix seeds and yam are used more frequently,the drug properties are mainly cold and warm,the taste of medicine is mainly sweet,bitter and pungent,and the meridian is mainly spleen meridian,lung meridian,stomach meridian,kidney meridian and heart meridian.
