The influence of compound Sanqi Humai Decoction and Yiqi Tongguan Decoction on TCM syndrome score in patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease
Objective To analyze the influence of compound Sanqi Humai Decoction and Yiqi Tongguan Decoction on TCM syndrome score in patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 80 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris in the Jiangsu Shengze Hospital from March 2022 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group(40 cases)was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group(40 cases)was treated with compound Sanqi Humai Decoction and Yiqi Tongguan Decoction.The clinical efficacy,blood lipid levels,TCM syndrome scores,myocardial injury and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant difference in TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,TC,TG and LDL-C in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and HDL-C was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).There were no significant difference in the total scores of chest tightness,chest pain,palpitation and TCM syndromes between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).After treatment,the total scores of chest tightness,chest pain,palpitation and TCM syndromes in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of fatigue,nausea and vomiting between the two groups(P＞0.05).There were no significant differences in CK-MB,cTnI and BNP between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05),and CK-MB,cTnI and BNP in the study group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compound Sanqi Humai Decoction and Yiqi Tongguan Decoction has a good effect in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris,which can improve the clinical symptoms and pain of patients,reduce the TCM syndrome score of patients,and has a high safety.
