Comparison of anesthesia effect of esketamine and dexmedetomidine combined with ropivacaine respectively in femoral fracture surgery
Objective To investigate the anesthetic effects of esketamine and dexmedetomidine combined with ropivacaine in femoral fracture surgery. Methods 80 patients with femoral fracture who met the inclusion criteria in a hospital from March 2023 to December 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(n=40)and the study group(n=40)according to random number method. The control group was anesthetized with dexmedetomidine combined with ropivacaine, and the study group was anesthetized with esketamine combined with ropivacaine.Resting pain, exercise pain,Ramsay score, hemodynamics and adverse reactions were evaluated in both groups. Results There was no significant difference in Ramsay score between the two groups before anesthesia(P>0.05).Compared to before anesthesia, the Ramsay score of the study group at 5,15 and 20 min after anesthesia was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in resting VAS score and exercise VAS score of the two groups at 6,12,24 and 28 h between after operation and before operation(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in resting VAS score and exercise VAS score between the two groups at 6,12,24 and 28 h after surgery(P>0.05).SBP,DBP and HR were not significantly different between the two groups before anesthesia and 5,15,20 min after anesthesia(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Esketamine combined with ropivacaine and dexmedetomidine combined with ropivacaine have similar hemodynamic indexes and analgesic effects during anesthesia in femur fracture surgery, but compared with dexmedetomidine combined with ropivacaine, esketamine combined with ropivacaine has better anesthesia effect, less adverse reactions, and has better anesthesia effect and higher safety.
