To explore the potential mechanism of Sangbaipi Decoction in treating chronic bronchitis based on network pharmacology
Objective To explore the potential mechanism of Sangbaipi Decoction(SBPD)in the treatment of chronic bronchitis based on network pharmacology.Methods The main active components of SBPD were searched in TCMSP database.The targets of components were obtained using PubChem and SwissTargetPrediction website was used for target prediction.GeneCards,OMIM and TTD databases were used to obtain the disease target of chronic bronchitis.For the obtained intersection targets,STRING database was used to construct a protein-protein interaction networks,and GO biological function enrichment analysis and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis were performed through the Microbiology Information online website.Results A total of 122 active components and 948 targets of SBPD were screened,1 478 targets of chronic bronchitis disease were obtained.After the intersection of the two,210 core targets of drugs and diseases were obtained.GO functional enrichment analysis showed that SBPD could involve 844 biological processes,170 molecular functions,and 98 cellular compositions.KEGG pathway enrichment analysis obtained 182 signaling pathways,mainly including cancer-related pathways,infection-related pathways,TNF signaling pathways,and IL-17 signaling pathways.Conclusion SBPD has the characteristics of multi-component,multi-target and multi-pathway network interaction in the treatment of chronic bronchitis,which can provide a theoretical basis for further exploration of its mechanism of action.
