摘要

目的 探究《金匮要略》中药物的用药特色及配伍规律.方法 将《金匮要略》内含完整药物组成的条文录入Microsoft Excel 2010 中,建立数据库,用SPSS19.0 运用关联规则方法对常用药物进行分析,并绘制网络图.结果 本次研究共纳入 299 首方,药物使用频次多于 10 次的药物共有 23 种,其中桂枝汤组成药物出现频率最多且药物间组合关联强度最大.结论《金匮要略》灵活运用桂枝汤进行加减、妙用甘草与诸药配伍,多用补脾益胃药以护胃气.

Abstract

Objective To explore the characteristics of medication and compatibility rules of drugs in The Golden Chamber.Methods Texts containing complete drug compositions from The Golden Chamber were entered into Microsoft Excel 2010 to establish a database.SPSS19.0 was used to analyze commonly used drugs with association rule method,and the network diagram was constructed.Results A total of 299 prescriptions were included in this study,with 23 drugs used more than 10 times.Among them,Guizhi Decoction had the highest frequency of drug composition and the strongest association strength among drugs.Conclusion The Golden Chamber flexibly uses Guizhi Decoction for addition and subtraction,cleverly combines licorice with various drugs,and uses more spleen-tonifying and stomach-benefiting drugs to protect the stomach qi.
