Study on multi-component content determination and fingerprint of Ruicao oil
Objective To establish a gas chromatographic method for the simultaneous determination of 7 components,including eucalyptol,camphor,linalool,linalool acetate,menthol,methyl salicylate and ethyl salicylate in Ruicao oil,and to apply chemometric methods for analysis.Methods ZB-FFAP capillary column(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25 μm)was used to program temperature(initial temperature 80℃for 3 min;rise to 130℃at 5℃/min and hold for 2 min;Then it rose to 160℃at 10℃/min for 4 min),and the temperature of the hydrogen flame ion detector is 260℃.Cluster analysis and PCA analysis based on python language were compared by principal component analysis.Results Under the chromatographic conditions,the separation of components in the oil samples was good,including eucalyptol,camphor,linalool,linalool acetate,menthol,methyl salicylate and ethyl salicylate.The linear ranges of mass concentration were 0.411~1.645 mg/ml,0.086~0.344 mg/ml,0.079~0.315 mg/ml,0.085~0.341 mg/ml,1.287~7.722 mg/ml,0.200~0.799 mg/ml,0.200~0.800 mg/ml(R2>0.999);The average recoveries were 99.12%,99.54%,99.76%,98.38%,99.12%,97.77%and 99.35%,respectively.Ten batches of Ricocao oil samples calibrated 13 common peaks with similarity>0.999.Conclusion This accurate and reliable method can be used for the quality control of Ruicao oil.
