Objective To explore the decocting method of Cynanchum paniculatum,so as to provide basis for clinical use and promote clinical efficacy.Methods Through combing ancient books and combining modern research,the correct decoction method of Cynanchum paniculatum was discussed.Results In ancient books,most of Cynanchum paniculatum's compound prescriptions are pills,powders and decoction,while in Chinese Pharmacopoeia,most of them are"later down",while in modern research,there are different opinions.Conclusion The decoction of Cynanchum paniculatum should integrate traditional ideas with modern technology and pharmacological research,and select appropriate decoction methods according to the purpose of drug use to ensure the clinical drug effect.
