影像融合技术在颅内动脉瘤诊疗中应用的研究进展

颅内动脉瘤是全世界范围内致残和致死的一个重要原因,动脉瘤的筛查、诊断、治疗决策、手术方式及预后情况等均是减少其术后并发症和不良反应事件发生的重点。随着影像技术的不断发展,影像融合技术逐步出现在颅内动脉瘤诊疗的舞台中,能够丰富影像学信息,辅助医师对疾病进行判断及手术决策选择。本文对目前影像融合技术在颅内动脉瘤诊疗中应用的研究进展进行综述。
Research progress on the application of image fusion technology in the diagnosis and treatment of intracranial aneurysms
Intracranial aneurysm is an important cause of disability and death worldwide.The screening,diagnosis,treatment decision,operation mode and prognosis of aneurysm are the focus of attention to reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications and adverse events.With the continuous development of imaging technology,image fusion technology has gradually appeared in the stage of diagnosis and treatment of intracranial aneurysms,which can enrich imaging information and assist physicians to judge the disease and make surgical decisions.This article reviews the research progress of the application of image fusion technology in the diagnosis and treatment of intracranial aneurysm.
