Pancreatic cancer ranks the seventh in the mortality rate of malignant tumors.Its treatment methods include chemotherapy,immunotherapy and targeted therapy in addition to surgery.In recent years,immunotherapy has made significant progress in the treatment of various malignant tumors,and also made breakthroughs in the treatment of pancreatic cancer.Cell-in-cell structures(CICs)have received increasing attention due to their correlation with various physiological and pathological conditions,their relationship with the initiation and progression of inflammation and cancer,and their potential significance in translational medicine.This article reviews the impact of CICs on cancer cells and immunotherapy,as well as the possible action sites in the future,in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of pancreatic cancer.
