摘要

短链脂肪酸是一类由特定肠道菌群产生的饱和脂肪酸,具有维持肠道稳态、参与免疫调节等多种功能.近年来短链脂肪酸与炎症性疾病的关系逐渐成为研究的热点,众多研究表明,短链脂肪酸与脓毒症的发生及发展具有一定关联,可通过调控机体免疫细胞进而影响脓毒症患者的病情进展及预后.本文将短链脂肪酸及免疫调节与脓毒症的关系作一综述,以期为脓毒症的防治提供参考.

Abstract

Short-chain fatty acids are saturated fatty acids produced by specific intestinal flora,which have various functions such as maintaining intestinal homeostasis and participating in immune regulation.In recent years,the relationship between short-chain fatty acids and inflammatory diseases has gradually become a hot topic of research.Numerous studies have shown that short-chain fatty acids are associated with the occurrence and development of sepsis,and can affect the progression and prognosis of sepsis patients by regulating the body's immune cells.This article reviews the relationship between short-chain fatty acids,immune regulation and sepsis,in order to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of sepsis.
