Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)has a high incidence rate among the malignant tumors reported in the world, and its incidence rate and mortality continue to rise.In recent years, researches have shown that the gut microbiota is closely related to the occurrence and development of HCC.The gut microbiota is a microbial community within the human body that plays a crucial role in many physiological and pathological processes. This paper reviews the relationship between gut microbiota and HCC,including mechanisms, influencing factors, and therapeutic prospects,in order to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of HCC.
