摘要
继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进(SHPT)作为慢性肾功能衰竭的常见并发症,其治疗方法一直是甲状旁腺临床治疗研究的重点.SHPT发病机制是由于慢性肾病进展至终末期后,人体内环境的改变导致甲状旁腺激素异常分泌,造成包括钙、磷等离子的分泌及代谢紊乱,从而引起包括泌尿系统、骨骼系统、心血管系统在内的乃至全身各个系统的功能紊乱的严重并发症.本文就慢性肾功能衰竭SHPT的国内外手术治疗现状进行综述,以增加外科医生对其手术治疗的认识,从而给予患者更合适的手术治疗方案指导,改善慢性肾衰SHPT患者的生活质量.
Abstract
Secondary hyperparathyroidism(SHPT),as a common complication of chronic renal failure,has always been a focus of clinical research on the treatment of parathyroidism.The pathogenesis of SHPT is due to the abnormal secretion of parathyroid hormone caused by changes in the internal environment of the human body after the progression of chronic kidney disease to the end stage,resulting in the secretion and metabolic disorders of calcium and phosphorus plasma,leading to serious complications of functional disorders in various systems including the urinary system,skeletal system,cardiovascular system,and even the whole body.This article reviews the current status of surgical treatment of SHPT in patients with chronic kidney disease at home and abroad,in order to increase surgeons'understanding of surgical treatment,so as to provide patients with better surgical treatment program guidance and improve the quality of life of patients with SHPT.
