中文版高血压患者自我照护量表的信效度研究

摘要
目的 评价中文版高血压患者自我照护量表(SC-HI)在高血压患者中应用的信度和效度.方法 对SC-HI进行汉化,采用便利抽样,选择于2021年8月至10月在北京市某三级甲等综合医院心内科高血压门诊就诊的患者中抽取226例,并使用中文版SC-HI进行调查.结果 中文版SC-HI量表,其条目水平的内容效度指数(I-CVI)为0.83～1.00;全体一致的内容效度指数(S-CVI/UA)为0.91;平均内容效度指数(S-CVI/Ave)为0.99.共提取6个公因子,累计方差贡献率为68.426％.总量表的Cronbach'α系数为0.783,重测信度为0.851.结论 中文版SC-HI具有良好的信效度,可应用于高血压患者自我照护现状的测量.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version self-care of hypertension inventory(SC-HI)among Chinese hypertension patients.Methods SC-HI was translated into Chinese,and convenience sampling was used to select 226 patients who visited the Department of Cardiology of a level-A tertiary hospital in Beijing from August to October 2021,and the Chinese version SC-HI was used for investigation.Results In the Chinese version SC-HI,the item-level content validity index(I-CVI)ranged from 0.83 to 1.00,the scale-level content validity index universal agreement(S-CVI/UA)was 0.91,and scale-level content validity index/average(S-CVI/Ave)was 0.99.Six common factors were extracted,with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 68.426％.The Cronbach'αcoefficient of the total scale was 0.783,and the test-retest reliability was 0.851.Conclusion The reliability and validity of the Chinese version SC-HI has been proved to be satisfactory,and could be used among Chinese patients with hypertension.
