摘要
糖尿病肾脏疾病(DKD)是糖尿病患者常见的严重并发症之一,其发生发展过程十分复杂,治疗方法选择有限.本文对三种不同补体激活途径在DKD中的作用,及靶向补体系统的治疗策略在DKD中的应用前景进行综述.综合而言,补体系统和靶向治疗的研究为DKD患者提供了新的希望,但仍需要深入探讨其潜在机制和临床应用.
Abstract
Diabetic kidney disease(DKD)is one of the common serious complications in diabetic patients.Its development and progression process is very complex,and the treatment options are limited.This paper reviews the roles of three different complement activation pathways and the promise of therapeutic strategies targeting the complement system in DKD.Overall,studies of complement system and targeted therapy offer new hope for patients with DKD,but there is still a need to explore the potential mechanisms and clinical applications.
