摘要
急性前循环串联病变所致急性缺血性卒中的血管内治疗是一种安全有效的方法,其最佳的治疗方法尚不明确.本文简要概括目前主要采用的血管内治疗方式,包括对急性前循环串联病变远近端病变的先后处理顺序及近端狭窄和远端栓塞的不同的处理方法,旨在为急性前循环串联病变患者的治疗提供参考.
Abstract
Endovascular therapy is a safe and effective treatment for acute ischemic strokes caused by anterior circulation tandem lesions.However,the optimal treatment approach remains uncertain.This article briefly summarizes the main endovascular treatment methods currently used,including the sequence of addressing distal and proximal lesions in acute anterior circulation tandem lesions,as well as the various strategies for managing proximal stenosis and distal embolization,aiming to provide a reference for the treatment of patients with acute anterior anterior circulation tandem lesions.
