摘要
泌尿系统恶性肿瘤患者面临复杂的决策信息,识别患者决策需求并提供合适的共享决策(SDM)有利于提高患者决策质量,进而改善其生存质量.目前,我国正处于SDM初步发展阶段,通过借鉴国外SDM模式、渥太华决策支持框架、跨专业SDM模式等相关理论模式,采用决策辅助工具及决策辅导对患者实施SDM.但肿瘤患者SDM相关研究尚不成熟,国外SDM模式是否适用于我国泌尿系统恶性肿瘤患者仍需进一步探讨.本文对泌尿系统恶性肿瘤患者决策挑战及SDM实践经验予以综述.
Abstract
Patients with malignant tumors of urinary system are faced with complex decision-making information.Identifying decision-making needs of patients and providing appropriate shared decision-making(SDM)are conducive to enhancing the decision-making quality of patients,thus improving the quality of life.At present,China is in the initial development stage of SDM.By drawing on the relevant theoretical models such as foreign SDM model,Ottawa decision support framework and interdisciplinary SDM model,decision-making aids and decision-making counseling are used to implement SDM for patients.However,the research on SDM in cancer patients is still immature,and whether foreign SDM model is suitable for Chinese patients with malignant tumors of urinary system still needs to be further studied.This paper reviews the challenges of decision-making in patients with malignant tumors of urinary system and the practical experience of SDM.
