Effects of Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing in warm acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for patients with knee osteoarthritis

目的 探讨在温针灸治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)患者中运用中医康复护理的效果.方法 选取湖南中医药大学第一附属医院2022年6月至2023年9月收治的130例KOA患者为研究对象,并随机分为两组各65例,对照组采取温针灸治疗,试验组给予温针灸治疗及中医康复护理.治疗4周后,比较两组患者膝关节疼痛[视觉模拟量表(VAS)]评分、膝关节功能及生活质量改善情况.结果 治疗护理干预后,两组患者膝关节功能评分、生活质量评分较治疗前均升高(P＜0.05);与对照组比较,试验组膝关节功能评分[(75.15±8.98)分vs(69.73±8.98)分,t=3.586,P＜0.01]和生活质量总评分[(572.33±32.94)分 vs(539.89±28.34)分,t=6.019,P＜0.01]增高显著.治疗护理干预后两组VAS评分较治疗前均降低,且试验组低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 在温针灸基础上联合中医康复护理治疗KOA患者,能发挥协同作用,有助于缓解患者的疼痛,改善膝关节功能和生活质量,提高疗效.
Objective To explore the effects of Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing in treating knee osteoarthritis(KOA)patients with warm acupuncture and moxibustion.Methods A total of 130 patients with KOA admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into two groups of 65 cases each,the control group was treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion,and the experimental group was given warm acupuncture and moxibustion treatment and Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing.After 4 weeks of treatment,the improvement of the patients'Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores,knee function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment and nursing intervention,the knee joint function scores and quality of life scores of patients in both groups increased(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the experimental group had higher knee joint function scores[(75.15±8.98)points vs(69.73±8.98)points,t=3.586,P＜0.01]and overall quality of life scores[(572.33±32.94)points vs(539.89±28.34)points,t=6.019,P＜0.0l].After treatment and nursing intervention,the VAS score was lower than that before treatment in both groups,and that in the experimental group was lower compared to the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion On the basis of warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing can play a synergistic role in the treatment of patients with KOA,which is helpful to relieve the patients'pain,improve knee joint function and quality of life,and improve the curative effect.
