Objective To discuss the application value of Omaha system based precise care after breast reconstruction.Methods The patients with delayed breast reconstruction after breast cancer surgery in Jiangsu Province Hospital were selected as the study subjects.Thirty-five cases who received routine nursing interventions from January to November 2022 were selected as the control group;the study group adopted the Omaha system and precise nursing improvement nursing plan for 35 cases between December 2022 and October 2023.The changes in relevant indexes before and after intervention were compared between the two groups to evaluate the actual nursing effect.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in self-care ability,sexual adaptation ability and physical intention scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).After the intervention,the self-care ability and physical intention scores of study group were higher than those of control group,while the sexual adaptation ability score was lower than that of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Compared with control group,the incidence of postoperative complications in study group decreased,but the difference was not statistically significant(11.43％vs 22.86％,x2=1.541,P=0.215).After the intervention,the life quality scores in study group were significantly higher than control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Omaha system-based precise care can effectively solve the postoperative nursing problems,improve the patient's self-care ability,treatment compliance,emotional life status,living confidence and life quality,promote fast rehabilitation after breast reconstruction.
