摘要

为了研究大豆卵磷脂对绵羊精液低温保存效果的影响,在杜泊绵羊精液稀释液中分别添加0(对照)、1.875、3.750、7.500、15.000 g/L大豆卵磷脂,在4℃条件下进行低温保存,每隔12h观察一次精子活率,统计精子有效存活时间和总存活时间,检测第48小时精子的畸形率和顶体完整率.结果表明,1.875 g/L组的精子有效存活时间、总存活时间显著高于对照组和其余各试验组(P<0.05);1.875 g/L组的精子顶体完整率显著高于15.000 g/L组(P<0.05),畸形率显著低于15.000 g/L组(P<0.05).说明在稀释液中添加1.875 g/L的大豆卵磷脂可以延长精子的存活时间,提高绵羊精液低温保存的质量.

Abstract

In order to study the effect of soybean lecithin on the cryopreservation of Dupo sheep semen,the trial added 0(control),1.875,3.750,7.500,15.000 g/L of soy lecithin to Dupo sheep semen dilution and stored at low temperature.Semen motility was observed every 12 hours,the effective survival time and total survival time of semen were counted,and the sperm malformation rate and acrosome integrity rate were measured at the 48th hour.The results showed that the effective survival time and overall survival time of the 1.875 g/L group were significantly higher than those in the control group and the rest of the experimental groups(P<0.05).The acrosome integrity rate of the 1.875 g/L group was significantly higher than that of the 15.000 g/L group(P<0.05),and the malformation rate was significantly lower than that of the 15.000 g/L group(P<0.05).In summary,the adding 1.875 g/L of soybean lecithin to the dilution could prolong the survival time of sperm and improve the quality of cryopreservation of sheep semen.
