摘要
为研究比利时蓝牛冻精改良临近淘汰中国荷斯坦母牛后杂交公牛的增重及产肉性能,选择同年龄、体重相近(41.40 kg±2.11 kg)的比利时蓝牛♂×荷斯坦牛♀杂交一代公犊和西门塔尔牛♂×荷斯坦牛♀杂交一代公犊各3头,分为比荷组和西荷组,在同等环境和营养条件下育肥18个月后屠宰,分别测定2组牛的增重、屠宰性能和产肉性能.结果表明,比荷组公犊的宰前活重、头重、骨重、心肺重、后腿肉重、上脑肉重、大米龙肉重、眼肉重、屠宰率、净肉率均显著高于西荷组公犊(P<0.05),且全期平均日增重、胴体重、净肉重、前驱肉重、里脊肉重、眼肌面积也均极显著高于西荷组公犊(P<0.01),但比荷组公犊的胃重显著低于西荷组公犊(P<0.05).说明利用比利时蓝牛杂交改良中国荷斯坦牛,其后代公犊牛在增重、屠宰、产肉性能上的杂交效果显著.
Abstract
In order to study the weight gain and meat production performance of crossbred bulls,three male calves of the same age and similar weight(41.40 kg±2.11 kg)of Belgian Blue cattle♂×Holstein cattle♀F1 generation and Simmental cattle♂×Holstein cattle♀F1 generation were selected and divided into the Belgian-Holstein group and Western-Holstein group for this experiment.The calves were fattened for 18 months under the same environmental and nutritional conditions,and then slaughtered to determine the weight gain,slaughter performance and meat production performance of the two groups,respectively.The results showed that the pre-slaughter live weight,head weight,bone weight,heart and lung weight,hind leg meat weight,upper brain meat weight,dameron meat weight,eye meat weight,slaughter rate and net meat rate in the Belgian-Holstein group were significantly higher than those in the Western-Holstein group(P<0.05),and whole period average daily weight gain,carcass weight,net meat weight,anterior meat weight,loin meat weight and eye muscle area were all highly significantly higher than those in the Western-Holstein group(P<0.01),but the stomach weight in the Belgian-Holstein group was significantly lower than the Western-Holstein group(P<0.05).In summary,Chinese Holstein cattle through crossbreeding with Belgian Blue cattle,their male offspring have significant positive effects on weight gain,slaughter and meat production performance.
