Application of Fruit Pomace By-products in Herbivore Production
Fruit pomace is a by-product of fruit juice or fruit processing,which has rich in nutrients,crude protein,crude fiber,vitamins,polyphenols,flavonoids and other components.It has the characteristics of improving the antioxi-dation function and production performance of the body,and improving the quality of animal products.This article re-viewed the application effects of fruit pomace in herbivores such as cattle,sheep,rabbit,horse,in order to provide a refer-ence for the application of fruit pomace in herbivores.
